Men’s basketball rebounds to split doubleheader against Hurricanes

(Saint John, NB) The Seawolves came out strong in the first quarter, establishing a commanding lead with a score of 24-13. Their offence and tight defence left the hurricanes trying to keep up. 

Holland fought back in the second quarter, matching the Seawolves intensity. Both teams scored 18 points, maintaining the Seawolves' lead at halftime with a score of 42-31. 

The third quarter saw an impressive performance from both sides. UNB Saint John managed to edge ahead slightly, ending the quarter leading 67-53. 

The Hurricanes made an effort to close the gap, however, the Seawolves held their ground, securing their win with a final score of 86-79.
