Brzezicki, Rataich named Booster Juice Athletes of the Week

(Saint John, NB) Kaitlyn Brzezicki and Mikeal Rataich have been named the Booster Juice Athletes for the period ending Sunday, October 26. 

Kaitlyn had a lights out performance in the semi final game against Holland college, making a triple save early in the game to set the tone. Despite the team losing in the final Kaitlyn stood strong in goal and her effort never wavered. She is a deserving winner of AOTW. 

Mike set the tone for the entire group this weekend with his calm presence and clutch shot-stopping. He opened the event by recording a well-earned clean sheet in game one, commanding his box, organizing the back line, and coming up with the saves needed when the team called on him. Game two brought more pressure and more moments where we needed someone to step up. Mike did exactly that, continuing to play with confidence, making smart decisions with the ball, and battling for every second.

He gave his teammates belief, and his consistency across both matches was a huge part of the team's success. Excellent performance all weekend from our keeper.
